Terms and Conditions – Website Design, Build & Management Subscription

Thank you for choosing our professional website subscription service. We’re committed to delivering high-quality web design, development, and ongoing management at an affordable monthly rate. Please review the terms of our service below.


1. What’s Included in Your Subscription

For just $249/month (with a 12-month commitment), you receive:

  • A professionally designed and custom-built website tailored to your business.
  • Website hosting and technical management.
  • Ongoing support and updates.
  • Basic SEO setup.
  • Content changes and minor design updates as your business evolves.

No large setup fees. No surprise costs. Just simple, reliable service.


2. 12-Month Commitment

  • The subscription requires a 12-month minimum term from your sign-up date.
  • This ensures we can offer the full value of our design, setup, and management services from day one.


3. Website Ownership

  • We fully manage and host your website throughout the 12-month term so you can focus on running your business.
  • Once your 12-month term is complete and all payments are made, full ownership of your website is transferred to you — with no extra fees or strings attached.
  • Any third-party licenses (such as stock images or plugins) remain governed by their own terms.


4. After 12 Months – Flexibility Built In

  • After your 12-month commitment, your subscription continues month-to-month.
  • You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice — no penalties or long-term lock-ins.


5. Early Cancellation

We understand that business needs can change. If you choose to cancel before completing the 12-month term:

  • A cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining monthly payments will apply.
  • This helps cover initial setup costs and design work delivered upfront.


6. Payments and Billing

  • Payment is charged monthly in advance via your nominated payment method.
  • Failed or overdue payments may result in a temporary suspension of services.


7. Your Role as the Client

To keep things moving smoothly, we ask that you:

  • Provide content, branding assets (like logos), and approvals in a timely manner.
  • Communicate any changes or updates you’d like clearly and early.


8. What’s Not Included

To keep pricing simple and predictable, the following services are not included in the base plan:

  • Advanced eCommerce features or third-party integrations.
  • Complex web applications or custom-coded solutions.
  • Copywriting beyond basic content editing.
  • Marketing services (unless added as a separate service).


9. Support & Updates

  • Our team provides support during regular business hours via email or support ticket.
  • We aim to respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe based on complexity.


10. Changes to Terms

We may occasionally update these terms to improve clarity or reflect changes in our service. We’ll give you 30 days’ notice of any changes. Continuing to use the service after changes means you agree to the updated terms.
